Well, don't give up your day job.  Humor tends to be lost in text without the appropriate emotion and timing.

Sorry for the insult

Cool, I can show you some local rides that are a tad more interesting than the main roads

Disco.... What paint is that ? Rattle can?

Yep.  VHT Wrinkle Plus.  Easy up front and easy to touch up, if necessary.  Sandblast, put the desired shine on the high spots, paint, mask, and carefully sand back to expose the bright.  I have some wrinkle finish powder coated parts on the CB and they look great, but the wrinkles are more delicate.  They are there, but not craggy.  Perhaps they are 572 wrinkles to these 1520 wrinkles.   Cheesy

These look like something you might find under the hood of a car with a prancing horse logo.

The first pair I did is satin (1000 grit, IIRC) with black powder coat in numbers and the valleys between the three ribs with high gloss clear over everything.  They look great but the clear highlights the subtle differences in the color of the aluminum castings.

The second pair I did look like these, but with black powder coat and high gloss clear over everything.  They were so pretty a buddy money-whipped me out of them to put on his black IS.
