I have found my 2015 F6b has a right side broken frame rail. Anyone have any ideas on how to either get this fixed through the dealer? I am open to all ideas. Thanks

I would definitely be going to the dealer about it.  The only way that could happen is if the weld was not done correctly.  A number of older Geldings had a similar issue and it was fixed by Honda for free.

The right and left lower frame rails are bolt on aluminum castings I believe.
Don't know how one could break, unless an accident maybe?
At any rate, they are replaceable for about $100.

Would be interesting if you could post a pic.

I have only owned the bike for a few weeks. No sign of an accident. Bike was shipped to me by AA motorcycle shippers and the used the crash bars as the tie down point. Not a good idea. Hoping their insurance will cover it without too much of a fight. I did not realize it until a week after delivery.

Ahh.
That might explain it.
I believe the lower crash bar actually bolts onto the front of those rails; stress one, cracks the other.
Good luck on a claim; but for $100 + a few hours might be easier just buying the part and completing the learning experience...
Might be worth it though to get them to pay for the part.  Maybe take it to your nearest dealer and have them write you up a little "We believe the cause of this rail failure is overstressing by being strapped to something, possibly in transport".

Again, good luck.  Please post results back, no mater how it goes.
