That’s the ugliest dress I’ve ever seen on an adult, my 13 year old daughter wouldn't even wear that!

I got the pic in email and thought it looked "shopped". "Snopes confirms that suspicion (for whatever that's worth). It's probably a reference to this:

Could you imagine Laura Bush or Nancy Reagan being photographed like that?

When I saw the emailed photo I couldn't resist ripping off an Urban Dictionary definition of pinata, though. Evil
