Any recommendations for Cajun food in northern Louisiana?

3Fan4Life is looking for recommendations on a good place to eat Cajun in northern Louisiana this Friday. Cajun isn't my thing, and I don't get to northern Louisiana very often, but figured some of ya'll might, and many here don't frequent the national board, so, if ya' can recommend a place, the thread's here:

My mom worked at Herby-K's in Shreveport when I was a teenager, the place had excellent cajun food and is still there after all these years.
