Took off yesterday ( Saturday ) for a ride and called my ridin' buddy's they was at the County auction where the Sheriff's Department sells all the junk they did'nt steal themselves.Couple old bikes and a wood buster that my friend Lucky 13 wanted but did'nt get it sold for $675.00  Shocked  I would'nt went a dime over $300.00 for it.

We did take a short ride up to the twisties around beautiful Norris Lake after we split from the auction.

Today we rode over and did The Foothills Parkway I was going to do The Dragon but we saw a group of close to 100 maybe more Harleys headed that way and I did'nt feel like following them through.

We talked to another rider and he told me about a swap meet going on at a local business called Biker Rags and I stopped in to check it out. About 98 % of everything there was Harley parts and pieces.I took this one picture but I saw well over 15 batwing fairing for sell most was going for $100.00 to $150.00 the white saddlebags was $75.00 sure wish the Valk's had so many parts layin' around at that price  Undecided

I've always liked that area around Norris Lake. The first time I saw it was '01 or '02. We were on a poker run put on by the Honda Hoot.
Carolina Girl and I rode over to Dry Falls today. It was cookin' after the recent rains.

I like that bike also Dave but still favor my yellow/creame over the others. Might be cause I've had it so long I bought it in June 1998. Valkyrie...Best Cruiser Ever Made  cooldude

Yeah, that yeller an' creme is a sweet looking ride.  I bet it would look real badass if you took that trunk off and made a bagger outta it.
