Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Sometimes when riding the Interstate(Bike, not the highway) in the rain, I get feedback through the headset. I unplug my helmet instantly. I have not tried to see if it comes through fairing or trunk speakers (I always forget).  I dont know if its coming through radio, CB, or GPS/MP3 player. They are all supposed to be water proof. Upper and lower cords seem to be plugged in tightly.

Yes, I’ve had the same issue before. Once on the PCH it was so bad I had to unplug for 150 miles or so. But it wasn’t doing it on my wife’s end. It has always come back normal after drying. I just assume it’s the plug in.

So it happened on the riders side and not the passengers side, thats good to know. Must be the headset plug.  Did you by chance switch the audio over to the speakers to see if the feedback came through them?

Yeah, speakers were fine. That’s what led me to believe water had got in the plug connection.
