SOLD About 12,500 miles. I am third owner and have only had it a short time. All stock with the hard bags and shield it came with. No carb or airbox or exhaust mods. Guy I bought it from said it was always fuel stabilized and stored properly. Starts and runs and idles like it should. Some scratches on bag lids, hard to see (key?) ding in top of tank, small dent and scratch on front fender. Tank is clean like new inside. Tires have very low miles but could be around 8 years old. They look fine. I took a look at everything and it will need rear brake pads soon. Seems like you could fly in and ride this home. I'd agree to do the brakes for you before the trip. The brake pads just showed up. As with many valkyries the mid cover is missing the little tab that engages one of the side covers. Everything on the side covers themselves is perfect. I'll add a tie wrap to make sure the side cover doesn't go missing.
I've owned over 150 motorcycles in my 53 years of riding so I know a good one from a bad one. This is a good one.
I'm finding that it's a little much for me to handle (getting old!). If I keep it I'll wind up going all through it sinking a bunch of money into it and selling it anyways.
No haggle get it out of here price = $3200. Price lowered $100.
I will have a clear MI title in my name in about ten days. I got a clear OH title from the guy I bought it from. MI title is now due to me about 4/2. I've been riding the bike a bit - went on a 20 mile country ride yesterday. Runs great, idles on 6, goes straight as an arrow, can't induce head shake, no brake vibration. Very nice.
