Hi all. I have a 2000 IS. It has been my project and second valkerie (bought after 1 ride of my first standard). I've fixed a few things and next on my list is replacing the left pod. Its cracked...works but cracked. Has anyone ever had someone make them one since it is no longer produced?

There are used ones in good shape. What color, and do you have pod lights ? I'm sure you can post a wtb on our classifieds and get some responses. Depending on how cracked up they are, many have repaired them.

If it's cracked but no pieces missing it can be fixed by a good painter.  My painter repaired broken saddlebags for me with ABS repair and painted so you could never tell.

Motorcycle salvage yards have a number of Valkyrie parts that are no longer produced.

Pinwall has a pair of Interstate pods with fog lights.  $474

Unfortunately one of the light surrounds is missing, a very difficult part to find, or it would have already been sold.

Good point but if you've had the pod lights you'll know those rubber pieces are mostly appearance.  They don't fully seal to the lights.   With little effort one could build a replacement that works as well.  The pod lights themselves are usually sold for $500.  That's a great price for the combination.

Cracks in the A B S plastic can be repaired with the black hardening A B S cement and sanded and painted after curing. Couple years back my left saddle bag on my I/S got busted up when I-yup-dropped Phatt Ghurl. Took my time and over a couple of days got it lookin pretty good. On my saddle bags i bought a piece of 1/8" thick A B S sheet and cut small pieces for the inside to help strengthen the cracked area from the inside. Couple of thin coats of the cement NOT one big thick coat sorta sneak up on the proper thickness. Find an old piece to experiment on before you tackle the side pod. RIDE SAFE.

I used fiberglass to repair ABS (Harley lowers) a long time ago.  It lasted for many years before it started letting loose.  It never let completely loose, just around the edges.

I'm thinking a fiberglass matt/epoxy repair kit applied inside the pod....?

Fiberglass and ABS are not the same.  For a correct repair one needs to use ABS cement.
