You HAVE a RH control but will continue to troubleshoot?  Just CONNECT it, you don't have to INSTALL it until you know that fixes it. |

That's right sir cuz I think I just found the culprit, I pushed on the starter solenoid red top plug and wiggle it bike fired up, turns out the wire were loose at the connectors, I ordered a new plug and will update you guys with results. Thank you guys for all the help

Jump the relay?
I forget how-to, but I would think ignition on, and force the starter to turn. I don't want to suggest how I would do it, since I don't know, but it has been mentioned before.
You've done all that should have been done first.

Hey larue, just for your info, there are actually two hot spade lugs on the relay, but only one female spade in the connector that carries ALL the power, except for the starter motor, to the bike. That single female spade has been a problem for many as it develops higher resistance over time making heat. A long term fix to lessen the chance of it ever coming up again is to put another female spade of the correct size into the blank space in the connector and wiring it parallel into the red power wire. This will provide an alternate parallel path for current flow to the bike and cut down on heating of the connections. Look at the wiring diagram, it shows two hot terminals on the relay, and I verified it to be true. I did a post with pictures about this fix awhile back, if interested, you could find it with a search.

That's great to hear larue. I'm still not clear of the issue. Was it just the wire plug in on the top of the relay wore and loose ? |

The wire connectors on the top red plug of the starter solenoid were loose and separating, when i pushed on it and started the bike it fired right up, so i bought one on amazyfor 5.99 came with four wires attached to it, I cut the old connectors off reconnected them to the wires on the new red top plug of the starter solenoid and bike fired up right away, problem solved

I use that spare for accessory power through a switched relay. |
