I have not shopped motorcycles in a very long time so I did not know about this bike. For a V-Twin its a clean sharp looking bike. What do you think or know about this bike?

I bought a VTX for my wife and added bags and windshield ...great bike w/lower center of gravity--usual carb rejet and removed exhaust baffle...sounds really good and adequate power--it gets strained and buzzy over 100 mph--being water cooled like the valkyrie it will last forever although not quite as fast

In 2010 Honda went to fuel injection on the 1300's. They're a rock solid bike. Very dependable.

The Yamaha V Star 1300 series either naked, tourer ( leather hard bags and tall windshield ) or the deluxe (  color matched large stylish hard bags and a fairing with garmin zumo and audio ) is the better bike and just as dependable.  However as Sandy mentioned the Honda is a fine bike with maybe better  distinctive lines. This is all subjective or course.  They had a very good seating position for myself.   7500 would seem 1 to 1.5 k to much, but maybe not for Arizona.  There are still some brand new left over 2015's that can be had for about 9k.

I like that 1300 VTX "interstate" but I wouldn't pay that price for a 2010 no way

I did not realize it was a VTX, just thought it was called an Interstate. Makes more sense now. I am not interested in buying it, I love my F6B, so no research on my part to determine if that is a good deal or not. Just never heard of an Interstate before, except Goldwing and Valkyrie. Just seemed strange.  Shocked
