I don't take passengers.

But if you have bag rails, I have seen these (or one) used to carry a water bottle (not a cup).

Hopnel (and maybe some other brand)

If you have the BBT passenger armrests, a gimbal cup holder can probably be mounted on one side.

Here's a pile of MC cup holders:

I suppose you could Velcro this to the back of your helmet.

Or not.

I'm glad you took that in the humor intended.  We husbands will often go to great lengths to keep our significant other's happy.  Wearing a cup holder on the back of my helmet isn't one of them.

Many of the more minimalist cup holders have a very thin keeper hook/tab to hold it to something.  Like a very thin plastic/polymer (like will slip down into a car window channel).  No matter how thin, I suspect it wouldn't work hooking it over the open trunk lid, then trying to close the lid on it (and it might not be so good for the trunk gasket either).

But it might be possible to use a minimalist cup holder hooked up to a strip of nylon cloth that is then closed in the trunk lid, to hold the cup holder within easy reach of the passenger.  The edge of the cloth having something sewn to it, so it couldn't pull out of the closed trunk.  Then the issue would be the holder with cup bouncing around and rubbing the trunk paint.

A camel back liquid container with drink tube is another idea.  I have no idea how you get ice in a camel back, but it could be filled with water and frozen in the freezer or cooled in the fridge before riding. Or half filled and frozen, adding water on top before the ride.

Another idea, if there is enough room for her, you could fab up a bottle holder (or minimalist cup holder) to the back of your driver's backrest, if you use one.

I don't use cup holders.  I carry bottled water in my saddlebag.  And on trips or longer rides, one (or two) of them is frozen before the ride.
