If it is for real... I find it a bit odd that they would target such a small % of the population. Maybe it was a local ad?

Post Office is selling stamps for it but they are also selling 2 versions of Christmas stamps, one religious, and a Channukah stamp.  I haven't shopped at Best Buy since they gave my credit card # to Time/Warner who also owns them.

People are more passionately opposed to wearing fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than bikers.

Thanks for the post. We just bought a 46" Sony from them, waiting on
delivery. We're going today or tomorrow and cancel.

Here in metro Detroit it is one of the biggest cultural holidays.
Of course I could care less, but it does bring in money for the retailers around here.
Shalom!

We've decided to let the deal go through and see how Best Buy
does at Christmas. If there's some "Merry Christmas" in their ads
then it's all (almost) good. If not, we've got 30 days to return
our tv. Still not happy with them, though. To me, it's akin to putting
"Heil Hitler" on an ad in the early 40's.

Musta been a real good deal.....    Grin

So what if they have Happy Holiday's in the ad instead of "Merry Christmas"   ?

IF we don't see some "Merry Christmas" in at least some of their ads, back goes
the tv. We were all ready to go cancel but we decided we didn't have all the
info yet. Still might never buy from them again, either way.

Don't get too intimate with that TV just yet.....   if they follow their history of Christmas Past.....  it would be going back.

I went to our Best Buy today to see the ads and the ads in the store had 4 happy holidays type logo things at the bottom and one did say Merry Christmas along with the other 3 that said happy hunica (whatever) and the other stuff,,,
so i say so far they are ok,,,,,
