I'm a bit confused(easily done), I registered and chose the full week package plus some additional stuff. But when I checked out, I was only billed $20 for the extras, the event registration didn't appear. So it begs the question...."was ist los?"  I was under the impression that if the full event was chosen and I went through the regis. process, the receipt would show all of it and a regis. # to give to the hotel to prove I did just that. Did I screw up somewhere...more than likely!  Wink Grin

I'm not sure what went wrong, but the only thing in your cart was your raffle tickets.  You need to re-do it.  But don't choose your tickets, we got that.

OK, kinda going in circles....read your email first and answered that, and your post here echoed what I suggested in my email. So now do I call the hotel directly, nothing on the invoice shows a phone number to call.

You'll get an email soon.

We're handling hotel rooms differently this year as we've committed to set blocks.

Sorry about the confusion.  I emailed you before I saw your question here.  As Carl said, you will get an email in the next couple days to contact the hotel.

I registered.  Single King.

Hope to make it on time for the early bird dinner but no promises it is a long-ass ride for one day at 725 miles. Will take 2 or 3 days getting home  on the BRP so I can lead Joe thru the Catskills and if he is willing the local roads like the goat trail and 106

Google Maps navigation between the two hotels says 0.1 miles apart..... From the images looks like they don't QUITE share a parking lot but very very close to it...

The early bird dinner will be at one hotel with virtually all activities in the other.  The parking lots of the two run into one another.  They're both owned by the same entity.  Even in the two hotels we'll be less spread than we were in Taos or Arkansas.

Please consider choosing the $109 double queen room.  We have only a few left and the hotel insists we fill those before reserving any of the $119 double queen rooms.

I'm hoping so. Many things up in the air right now. Mostly depends on whether Brenda can ride comfortably by then. I can't see myself leaving her behind. (World problems prepare to be vanquished)  Smiley

Oh brother, it probably got deleted then. I usually ck. the content before cleaning it out but get so much junk it probably got overlooked. I did get a note from Connie re. location but she asked I not call just yet so haven't. If the "spamed" email said much the same thing then I guess I still have to wait.
