California model scoot; After removing the charcoal canister from down under that is part of the emissions hardware, what to do with the rubber tubing that connects to each end of the canister?  Connect them together, or plug . . . or whut?

Without being able to see what you have there I would say NOT to plug the line. It still needs to vent so connect them together & route as a 49 state Valk is routed. Probably down to the bottom center of the bike.  Cool
