Don yes I got the PM
Just been too busy at work to buy the replacement relay and mini fuses
My thinking (yeah go figure that one lol) is that maybe the reason the relay cover came off was
I shorted the plus side of the battery while trying to get the plus side hookups to line up with a long ass 18 inch screwdriver (It touched the frame ouch)
Still dont understand how that could have knocked out the speedo and tach and fuel gauge and my rivco horn (it just sputtered then died) and left the radio and clock working but I dont understand a whole lot about wiring.
For those who have no idea what I am talking about I posted on the tech board then PM Don as I recalled he mentioned a diode that gave someone a dead speedo a few years back
Apparently my memory for useless trivia is still intact
Anyway best to you and Tracy Did you get the PM where I met someone who has eaten the scooter dogs near your neck of the woods, maybe it was on 16? And of course he loved em
