Been experimenting with spices. Using a good jolt of cinnamon in my oatmeal. So I got ta exercising the thinkin muscle a bit. So far I've used cinnamon on my fried chicken on my burgers my bacon and the breakfast sausage. And I found out thru expermentation that a little goes a long way!  2funny My bacon this morning had freshly ground black pepper sea salt garlic powder and the cinnamon. And +++ I did NOT cover up the flavor of the bacon!  cooldude And I have already mixed cinnamon into the pancake mix but this one needs some more experimenting-cinnamon tends to over power the Pure Maple Syrup I use. Gittin tired of covid19 and politics. Male and Female gotta eat from time to time! Anywho least ways no doom and gloom in this post-so far! RIDE SAFE.

I'd try the vanilla ice cream with bacon.

In Maine, I've seen lobster ice cream. I love lobster. I love ice cream. Yet still, a hard no.

One of my local joints made pickle ice cream last year. Again, I couldn't bring myself to try it.

Cinnamon ice cream. NOT cinnamon added as an afterthought. It takes time to get the real flavor.
I mix cinnamon ,raw honey and crunchy peanut butter in a container for morning jump start. I use 12 grain bread toasted for the serving plate.

Dennis,

Great ideas, and thanks for triggering the notion of experimentation!!! You have inspired me to consider cinnamon on broccoli and asparagus… Not cauliflower, though... I won't knowingly eat that... A long story from my childhood...

One of my favorite concoctions for ice cream is to add Rice Krispies, chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
