An idiot if he ever takes another snap. He is in good health and has more money than he can spend with a wife that makes way more than he. Why in the Hell would he ever play another snap?

Would love to see him take the place of Jameis Winston! Alleged rapist and general thief in college and possibly beyond.
Still don't really give a darn since I haven't watched NFL since all the kneeling began and the excuses followed.

I think it will be a major wake up call for him. A taste of reality. He'll probably destroy his passing stats. I don't follow pro ball so I couldn't care less. Really, no matter how hard I try, I just can't care less.

Grin lots of opinions about a football player from people who don't watch football. (Or, so they say)

Even among non-sportsballers hating Brady and/or the Patriots is pretty universal... (Although I started to like them a bit after learning of their political leanings...  Evil )

Question though for those who are/were Patriots fans; where will your loyalties now lay, with the Patriots or with the Brady?

Good question.....my answer is....both.

From local reports, it sounds like things haven't been too rosy at Gillette for awhile now. The Brady/Belichick relationship has changed over time.

I'll enjoy watching Tom in another uniform, we'll get to see if he can still play at a high level and prove the naysayers wrong.

IMHO, the recipe was already decided on when Brady put his home up for sale.   He knew he'd be moving.   The only question was, where.

Personally, I think he should take a page from the John Elway book and buy into another team.   I think it's stupid to continue to take the risk of a permanent injury.   But, that's just me.   I'm still paying for the injuries sustained playing college football.   As much as I loved the game, it simply wasn't worth it.   But then, I wasn't good enough to make money doing it.

Elway  is the general manager and president of operations for the Broncos; he doesn't own any stake in the club.  It's owned by the family of Pat Bowlen.  I wish they would fire him.

4+  tickedoff
If Peyton Manning hadn't come to him and asked to play for Denver, they would have had no chances without him during those years.  He can't pick a quarterback for nothin'; every one he's chosen has been a bust.  I hope this newest kid works out; if he doesn't bring them a .750 season (if they play), I hope they give him the bag lunch and send him to palookaville.

If that was aimed at me, no, I do not watch pro football. If it's on in a resturant when I go in to eat, I set down and eat. So yes I have been in the same room when a game is on. As far back as high school, I usually had to find something to do, without my friends, on Sunday.  The kneeling thing was just another brick in the wall. I do watch College football. I was pretty familiar with Jamison's antics as he played for Florida State. College football is about the only sport I watch. I can live without it easily. I lived in Orlando before Tampa got the Bucs. Don't have to watch to be familiar with the Bucs heritage, living nearby (90 miles).

Wish him good luck. With his money, I don't understand why he can't walk away? If it's a macho thing, he'll never make more than his wife.

Hmm, OK.  I stand corrected.   I thought he was a part owner.

I still think Brady should stop playing.   He is one of my favorite QBs.

I will pull for him, he is a forever Wolverine.  However he lost something this year, some zip on the ball and some speed, maybe some accuracy.  This was inevitable.   He has just such a desire to compete and at a very high level.  Who knows. Maybe that warm Florida Sun will rejuvenate those muscles for one more go around.
