Anybody heard from him ? Haven't seen him on here in a while, and starting to get a little worried with everything going on these days.

I imagine he's fine. His wife has been posting horse riding videos on Facebook.

Hey y'all... thanks for the concern... I indeed did come down with a
respiratory illness in February, but almost certainly not the dreaded
kungflu that has the country locked down... I'd signed up for a
new doctor a few months ago, and my first appointment wasn't
until the second week of this March, so I had to go to the CVS
"minute clinic" to get looked at. They decided I had bronchitis,
and I went on a couple of rounds of antibiotics... I guess I've
never had anything like that before, lots of lung congestion,
real annoying...

I rode both my bikes a week or so ago, after them sitting up
through February. The red bike runs like a new one  cooldude
all that maintenance last September really makes it shine.

I got home from riding the red bike and jumped on the black
bike... blegghh... I put some different handlebars on it right
before we all went to Taos, and thought they were not so good.
Riding both bikes back to back, makes me think the new
bars really suck. It is time to put the 1500 Valkyrie bars back on. And
the left turn signal is intermittent. And some animal, perhaps
my sweet new cat, is tearing up the backrest...

Not only that, but on a couple of occasions, mice have set up
residence under the seat  tickedoff

Ever since I souped up the red bike's shed to be critter proof,
it has remained clean and untouched between rides, no more
squirrels building nests in my extra exhaust tips or mud daubers
filling up random holes with red clay.

It is time for the black bike to get out from under the pole barn and
have its own shed. One big enough to work on a bike in. And have
power. I have a service connection near the new shed site that
can spare 100 amps.

Clearing all those rocks and setting those posts and the grade beam at the
front make me feel like some 60+ yo person recovering from bronchitis!

When I moved to Texas in 78 had an upper respritory infection every year for the first 3 or 4 years there. My saw bones at that time was a retired Air Force Bird Colonel flight surgeon. Good Man and a Good Doc. He told me a lot of the stuff bothering me-lungs loading up-was cuz I came from up north and where we were in East Texas didn't have the long freeze cycle to kill the bugs like I did up nawth. Once I got acclimated I wuz good too go. And I wuz also Still doin cancer sticks.
Your seat looks ZACKLY like a leather jacket I had and the seat on my old C Z dirt bike. Cats and squirrels. The cats were sposed to eliminate the squirrels! Yeah Right!  Lips Sealed
Even should you Double the size of that new shed it Still wouldn't be big nuff!  Roll Eyes My cage and Phatt Ghurl share the cave. Til this weather quits threating hail can't put Phatt Ghurl on the lift to change out front rotors and rebuild front brakes. And I have a frapping car and a half garage!  crazy2 Good to see yer sorta okey dokey!  2funny RIDE SAFE.

Don't say that! It'll be good getting off the dirt, having power. I don't store "stuff"
in the 1500 shed, if I keep this one clear, there'll be room all around the bike to
work... it'll be paradise!
