M'be pick up one of the inexpensive TV antennas from Amazon, Best Buy, Wally World etc and see what you TV picture looks like (green faces or not).....could help determine if TV is at fault.......then either keep it or return it to the store for a refund once you find out.....and probably end up buying a new TV......
