I hope "sucks" isn't banned... anywho... it was one thing hating the bars that
came on there... but hating bars that I bought and drilled registration holes in
and fiddled with (a lot of fiddling) to get installed "right" is even worse. And to
think - I rode to Colorado with these bars!  Shocked ...

Well... the 1500 Valkyrie bars are back on, and I went on a good test ride today,
the black bike is back! I look forward to riding it to Asheville tomorrow!

I always felt the old Valkyrie bars were the best I’ve ever had.  cooldude

I have to admit I would like to give it a go with the 1500 bars. Roll Eyes  If you do the windshield with the bars you might get confused.

I always thought your windshield looked great. Cutting the unobtainium would
give me the creeps, though  coolsmiley ...

Well guess what.  The bottom below the cut was bent into oblivion. I bought the set up on eBay for $50 I assume a crash.  And I agree.

Mike I agree on the 1500 Valkyrie bars.  I even put a set on my 2005 Rocket III.  Much better than the OEM bars.  Just seemed to fit me better
