Just seen this on Craigslist, don't know how good or bad it is but I figured I would give a heads up

That appears to be one of those "training wheel" setups like those sold and installed by Trike On America in Dade City. I'll quit riding 1st.

Jack, You did not offend me at all. I was just stating my opinion of that style of "trike kit."

Thanks for the thoughtfulness of posting the info.  If I were closer, I'd buy it in a heart beat.  When I get to the point I'm not comfortable (able) to ride with my wife, I like the idea of being able to quickly go to 4 wheels (for the sake of accuracy), then back to 2.

I'd rather do that than give up riding with her.  Just my NSHO, to each his own.

Above all, ride safe.

Yup, it's a bolt on of two extra wheels. Basically, if it's not 3 wheels, it's not a trike. They tend to ride rough, usually rattle some, and steer like bulldogging a steer. Personal experience with one ridden by a former member who has since gone to his reward. He didn't really like how it rode but due to physical limitations it was what kept him in the wind for a couple years longer.

Jack, that was also my mantra a few years ago. My suggestion....wait until the age factor sets in and you still want to ride. You're pretty much guaranteed to change your ming.  Wink
