Definitely it's Nubble Light. Don't know about the other two qestions. Don't think I did that ride.

If that pic was enlarged we could see who was there...
I took Ryan down to one of the VRCC gatherings Don and Kim hosted...and we rode to Nubble
Up-Chuck, Dwight & Liane, and JeffL were there ...

best I can do, this one you might be able to enlarge in your photos??        But, that is the ride.
