I’d like to believe this but I have an uneasy feeling about it. There’s too much going on right now.

I’m hoping the silent majority and all these people who have been negatively impacted by the riots and businesses destruction as well as their family members have sense enough to vote and vote Trump.

That is a big beautiful sea of red on that graphic though.

Screw Virginia!

And Pennsylvania is seemingly up for grabs and very important.

I wish my vote counted.  Just pisses me off.  Everyone I know around here in my rural area is red.  The state was solidly red when I moved here in 87.  But the Californicators brought their corruption with them to the urban areas  - Denver metro and the People's Republic of Boulder.  Yet the Springs is red.  Red affiliation is more than twice blue. Very military community.  Douglas, my county, Blue 20%, Red 48%, unaffiliated 32%.  But Denver - blue 3X red, Boulder 2X.  Source, CO sec of state.  As of 2014 (source https://www.coloradoan.com/story/news/politics/elections/2014/10/16/map-colorado-voters-party-affiliation-by-county/17379853/)

While I do hope that prediction is correct, we all know how the polling prediction worked out in 2016.
I see this race differently and hoping every Conservative out there takes this election seriously and gets out there and votes.

I still don't care for DJT as a person but, he's done a commendable job as a President.  Especially considering all the roadblocks and BS the Democrat leadership have manufactured and all the slanted press he gets from a very biased media.

I hear this a lot from conservatives and Trump. The polling average was a Clinton by 3.2%. The actual vote was 2.1%. That was well within the margin of error. Were it not for a VERY small margin in PA, WI, and MI, nobody would be talking about a 1.1% error.

Looks like they've got us snack dab in the purple zone here.  I question that, there are plenty of good ol' boys and gals, cowboys and ranchers, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters and shooters who reside here.  Lots of really great folks.  There are also many transplants in the last decade or so, and a changing demographic and attitude.  It ain't the Mayberry my family relocated to in 67 but it's not Boulder either.  Despite a longstanding community attitude to limit growth, new homes are being built and new neighborhoods are under contract.  We're getting crowded.  There's no doubt is changing, and not for the better.

I’m not much on polls but the model I submitted in my post does have a history and notably they were right in 2016. When we are constantly bombarded with negatives about Trump and all his dastardly deeds with foreign leaders one has a hard time seeing the prize surrounded by mountains of bullshit. The only thing that matters is that he wins, the margin of victory not so much. Even if he were to win it’s enough votes to consider it a mandate, Pelosi, Nadler, crap, and the rest will continue their campaign of unseating a President.

Wow cant you even get the numbers right?

Chance of winning
FiveThirtyEight Hillary Clinton 71.4% Donald Trump 28.6% FiveThirtyEight

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-election-forecast/

Hillary Clinton has an 85% chance to win.

The Upshot’s elections model suggests that Hillary Clinton is favored to win the presidency, based on the latest state and national polls. A victory by Mr. Trump remains possible: Mrs. Clinton’s chance of losing is about the same as the probability that an N.F.L. kicker misses a 37-yard field goal.

https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/upshot/presidential-polls-forecast.html

Survey finds Hillary Clinton has ‘more than 99% chance’ of winning election over Donald Trump

The developer of the model, neuro and data scientist Princeton professor Sam Wang, correctly predicted 49 out of 50 states in 2012.

Other polls were less bullish on a Clinton victory. FiveThirtyEight said the likelihood Ms Clinton would win was 65 per cent, while the New York Times upshot said there was a 85 per cent chance.

You know go through some of the old 2016 videos on Trump winning and it sounds so much like now. Its actually eye opening and encouraging to hear since the bias and main stream predictions were so far off then and to hear that again is confirmation of how off they really were.

I think this will be a difficult election. I see folks at work doing things to undermine it and destroy the integrity and legitimacy of it. Mass mail in ballots are a case in point. De-funding Police departments is another as it will undermine the ability of States to contain any violence at the polling places.

I still see the possibility of the Large Electoral vote States being unable to manage their elections and to send the Federal Presidential electoral question to their respective State legislators.

I believe in give and take. So, can we agree that Trump and Biden are flawed individuals? I know I fit that category. Now comes the important consideration. We have realistically two choices for the next 4 years, which mans plans and policies will best serve America? In my mind, I know what to expect from Trump, Biden is a wild card, but since we have some 40 years of track records for him we can assume he will be as useless as tits on a boar hog. And then we also get Kamala in the package, what a prize! If you and Rob can swallow all that then more power to you.

Trump Makes Obama Regret His Jobs Prediction

https://youtu.be/AqzoO-Hu1mk

I am amazed that Obama being the best chance for hope and change did not have a clue, on the economy or how to bring jobs back. Yet at this time this is what we need.

Trump is the best man for the job.

I usually do, but not always. Most times I even forget which thread it is and I have to search my posts to find it. If a thread has had deletions, I can't always tell where it was. I haven't been on the board a whole lot in the last few months, it's been real busy at work and with my stitchin' business. I might be gone in the near future for a bit. You might have seen on the news about one of our planes landing gear up in LAX. They asked for volunteers to go out for the repair. Landing gear and engine change, pylon damage repair, etc. I hope I get the call.

Government hiring helped boost the figure, with employment increasing by 344,000 in August -- accounting for one-fourth of the total gains. The increase stemmed largely from the federal government's addition of 238,000 temporary Census workers. Despite fears about budget shortfalls, local governments hired 95,000 employees last month.

Other notable gains came from retail, which added 249,000 new jobs, and professional and business services, which brought on 197,000 workers. Leisure and hospitality, the hardest-hit sector during the pandemic, filled 174,000 positions, a majority of which stemmed from bars and restaurants.

Education and health services jobs jumped by 147,000, and transportation rose by 78,000. Financial activities increased by 36,000, manufacturing rose by 29,000 and wholesale trade was up by 14,000.

The number of Americans on furlough also plunged: 24.2 million people who said they not working because their employer either closed or lost business as a result of COVID-19, down from 31.3 million in July.

Over the past four months, the economy has added back about half of the 22 million jobs it lost during the pandemic, data show. There are still 11.5 million more out-of-work Americans than in February.
