Hey everyone, I am thinking about getting a personalized plate for my interstate.

In Wisconsin we are limited to 5 digits, (letters or numbers) I'm having brain fade trying to figure out something catchy to order when I send in the request.

Anybody have something to recommend? We have had them for years, so the typical ones have already been taken ie. NOTHD, or 6B42  etc.

OH, and I have to keep it clean also, so that rules out a whole bunch.

thanks, Jim

JIMC6

I was at the license bureau for a long time, thought I had what I wanted but, some one else already had it.   Tried about a dozen others and ended up with RAMS 6

Wasn't my first choice but, it's what I got.

On the subject - but not bike plates - back when I was a geek I got "GURU" for my SUV.  Took up hang gliding - wanted WINGNUT but a friend already had it.  I did get WINGNIT which would have applied later when I got my 1800 Wing.  Then while still hang gliding I couldn't believe this was available - perfect!

It's good fun to pull up the Ohio license plate mc site to see what's available and try ideas.
Lots of first choices are already taken. We only get 5 letters. The above list is still available.

Cruzz is out, makes me think of Ted.

Not for me.  I would never pay extra to get a plate that is much easier to remember by witnesses than pure random crap (or even for free).

Just like no vehicle of mine ever wears any sticker/club/membership of any kind.

I really wanted to get chrome letters (as close as possible to Dodge Ram font and size) to name my big white 2500 Ram ProMaster the USS Yorktown in back, but that violates my rule too; dammit.

It's not like I drive/ride around doing hit and runs or aggressive driving or shooting out the windows mind you, but you never know when you might really wish to be as anonymous as possible.

Funny Jess but I have thought the same about being forgettable to LEO's

If I did it my original Black and Pearl Beige Valk would be Oss or OSSVLK or OSSF6

After almost 20 yrs on this bike with the same plate it just is not worth the extra bucks to me though

Here you can't get veteran's plates (or other groups) that are personalized/vanity.  One or the other so my Vietnam plates are random digits.  Just as well, I like the forgettable plates especially with road rage being so prevalent lately.  Per Jess's considerations I removed my NRA sticker a while ago.  Anticipating some juvenile coward slashing my seats.  No other stickers especially political - just national and Colorado park passes.

The most clever personalized plate I've seen was:

YRUNVS

(too many letters for KY, so I chose 'FJ2' for my I/S , the beloved FlyinJenni2....then the License Seller People said the prisoners have stopped making plates because of the fake media virus, so no clue when it may arrive.)

I've never given it much thought about Personalized plates. However, Kansas does have plates for the major Universities (the wife and me both went to KU) and US Veteran That are more personal than otherwise (and the Veteran is available for Motorcycles too !) .
