HI, can anyone tell me the part # for the screw that attaches the end of the rear blinker to the rubber part in the middle?  And is there supposed to be a clip on it?..Thanks

Order it from your local dealer. It'll cost more but free shipping. Order a few spare consumable parts to see how much the shipping changes.
