Anyone ever tried this product to clean up (restore) the aluminum forks/wheels on their bike?

Yes, that’s it

This was an average dull wheel that lived for five years at the beach in south Florida. Now it’s in the woods in north Florida so it needs to look good. Bombs Away did this.

Not all by itself it didn't.   Grin    (drills, buffers, elbow grease)

It is the best metal polish extant (especially aluminum).   And not a paste that takes forever to buff off.
