Been a while since I had a Valk in the garage, and I'm kinda on the fence about picking up another. I did quite a bit of touring and really enjoyed my '98 std, but I'm not sure how much time I want to leave the wife at home alone while I wonder around the country side now (she has no interest in going with).

At the other extreme, this Honda Monkey.  It looks like tons of fun for some easy to handle woods and dirt road riding closer to home.  Anybody here have one?  What do you think?

I've ridden a Grom, it's hard not to have a cheesy grin on your face while riding one. Grom is 600.00 cheaper with the same 125cc engine. Is the monkey more offroad capable? I haven't had a chance to compare the two.

Grom is another option, but I like the looks of the Monkey more.  Not sure of the differences between the two.
