Glass packs are widely available at least in my area. I used a pair of generic GPs from a local muffler shop. They are all about the same, length is really the only variable.
When I was making my GP conversion I did some reading on the subject from folks who had done this before me & there were two main factors I followed.
Size. Keep the inside diameter of the GP at 2 inches.
Direction. Have the "cups" or "scallops" of the inside of the GP pointed against the exhaust flow.
Using these directives should keep the back pressure of the GP close to the same as the stock exhaust as to not require a rejetting. A larger inside diameter and/or pointing the "scallops" with the exhaust flow would lessen the back pressure too much. Length is more towards the tone or sound. Longer=mellower.
I did the GP conversion on my Valk about 35,000 miles ago & I still love it.

The reason I did the GP was I had a nasty rattle in the LH stock muffler that just kept getting worse. I guess a baffle had come loose.

I chopped up the back section of the stock muffler & welded it to the body of the GP so I could re-use the stock shields & bolt on the tips.

I made a new set of tips out of 4" chrome tips bought at the same muffler shop I bought the GPs from. Whacked the rounded end off the tips with a chopsaw. The muffler shop also made the reducers for me that mated the stockheadpipe to the GP. I welded two 5/16" bolts to the body of the GPs that bolted up to the stock muffler brackets.
Only problem that I have had with this set up is the dreaded "GP drone" did start to get to me. Maybe it is just me getting older or the kinda short GPs I chose but there was a definite drone. I blamed it on the exhaust echo-ing in the 4" tips. Sooooo................

I snagged a couple of stainless tips from the warranty bin of the Lincoln dealership I work at. Welded them on 2" extensions to bring the sound out past the bigger 4" tips.
Drone gone & it is just a tad quieter too.

Definetly a different look.
And yes I know.... I put the 4" tips on upside down!

That's my glasspack conversion story.
