I just looked at a picture of a Rune and wondered, does it have reverse?

I found them to be a real pig in handling at low speeds like a parking lot. Rode one at the old Honda Homecoming the plant in Marysville, OH used to have. Couldn't get off it soon enough, great on the open road though.

Well I figured seeing it had the 1800 motor maybe it did have a starter reverse. I was reading an FB post of a couple who set up a Rune two up with a hitch and travel all over creation on it and it got me thinking.   question moon ick No thanks.

The headlight always reminded me of the Ghost of Christmas past

What I couldn't figure out was why did Honda design the new Valkyrie and Wings with the double radiator that stick way out instead of the vertical single unit used on the Rune. I never heard of any cooling issues with it so it didn't seem like a good decision based on that.  Huh?

My understanding is that there is no room due to the lack of a rake angle. The Rune has (obviously) a different front end with considerable rake.

True, wonder if a person could adapt that radiator to the new Valkyrie and kick the front end out with a rake kit. Guess anything is possible with a thick wallet.  Wink
