OK...got me a roomie. Just talked to my old friend Charlie McCready, we shared last year and wants to do a replay. Great, baring any unforeseen troubles we're set for June 13-18. Woohoo!  cooldude

Charlie's a good dude.   You could have done a lot worse.

Hey...that's my line! Grin  Yes, Charlie and I have been hanging together at our various gatherings for at least 15 yr. or more. Wish I had his pole barn at even half its size, but I'm afraid I'd get in trouble with all the half finished projects. My daughter would be on my case like a social worker.  Wink

John,

It has been said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... I recall hearing that phrase used by you, and I do admit to 'borrowing' it on occasion, as I like it a lot! I also agree with your comments on CharlieMac... He is one of my favorite folks I've come across, thanks to my adventures with our girl... sort of like the way I think of you... See y'all there!

Yup...and I think that applies to a number of us. Another phrase I sometimes use is "I've had my day in the sun" to which one can apply any stretch of imagination. Like another gent near my age once said..."it's been a good run, so now I walk."  Wink

June will be here before we know it!
