Where to look for it, when I hit the button for the pod lights I don't get any sound to help locate it. The PO said the on button quit working so he wired them to be on all the time...kinda dumb. I want to test the relay before I go looking for a replacement on switch button, see if he wired the relay to have them on all the time. Wish I had a wiring schematic for those lights, would make troubleshooting a lot easier. Looked on Dag's site but it only shows a loose picture drawn in the instructions. Doesn't really help.

Its probably behind the right side cover, since the pod lights were an option that is where all the wiring was routed. Both Interstates I have had are that way.

Ok, I have the instructions, I'd just like to see how the wiring is done. The prior owner said the on/off button quit working so he wired it direct so they're on all the time. I want to put it back to normal but would like to know how that area is wired....wire colors, etc. The basic instructions don't give that, just shows an image of the harness and how it's laid out, but no wire colors.

Is this what you are looking for?

Wiring for switch http://www.rattlebars.com/mtz/kill01.jpg

Electrical Connection may sell the switch. https://electricalconnection.com/index.php/product/honda-gl1800-f6b-valkyrie-fog-light-switch/

Another possibly SoCalMotoGear Short switch https://www.socalmotogear.com/FOG-LIGHT-SWITCH-UPGRADE-p/glfsw.htm

A used switch from Valkyrie Parts http://www.valkyrieparts.de/Original-Honda-OEM-Fog-Light-Switch-Interstate

Hope this helps, Greg
