Pat,  That was a Russell Day long I have on my bike when we rode New years day.  If I'd known you were interested, I'd have let you ride it awhile.  So far, so good,,, although I haven't ridden a lot of miles at one stretch yet.   It's living up to the recommendation I got from Lady Draco   Wink  And Connie gives it two thumbs up over the previous seat on which she rode.  cooldude    Smiley   cooldude

everyone had a unique butt like opinions we all have different ones

for me the russell is the best seat I have ever sat on

I broke it in literally by riding my interstate in 2 days to eureka springs from ny rode that fine state and returned a few days later   no sore butt at all

I guess that is a thumbs up    wife likes the seat also  maybe would even like it better with their backrest

I love my Russell day long.  Had an Ultimate when I got the bike, and after a few hours could hardly walk.. Have gone 972 miles in one day with the Russell.

Great service too.

+1

Pat, all my friends who ride Russell day longs love them.  I don't care for them personally, but, in fairness, I've never been on one that was constructed for my smaller than average sitting apparatus.

They are as ugly as the day is long.   Wink

I was advised Russel was the choice of the Iron Butt riders, just spent about $1300 on one for my 05 1800, havent ridden it yet but it feels good in the garage.  Guarantee is probably best in the industry... everything I have heard has been good.. look at their guarantee you can not beat that.....

by the way I got the best they had with all the toys...

Have one and love it.  Best made as far as I'm concerned.
