My hero of the day.

Why didn't they throw something over the gators eyes??? Isn't that supposed to calm them down.

She opens the door, tells the gator to "get back", gator advances.

Good time to shut the door and not get in.

Using a 12 gauge to subdue him would have been traumatizing to the kids.   Grin

Hey kids, who wants to wrestle the gator next?

Smaller ones lack the power of large ones.  But well fed and kept small ones have enough power to provide good excitement.

You happen to take notice of How FAST the gator went into that death spiral? Not His death but the victims. RIDE SAFE.

So, if nothing had gone wrong, kids go away thinking they can go pet an alligator.  Brilliant.
And where the hell was their tranquilizer?

I don't want a tranquilizer before I wrestle a gator.  Maybe a couple beers.   Grin

I suppose she meant a tranquilizer for the gator, but it wasn't clear.   Grin

I got your drift.  Your response made me laugh... yet you got mooned.  How is that fair?

watch a lot of Swamp People TV show they do that for a living I think the alligator season is only 30 days and most near make a living doing it just 30 days of the year, but not sure that is true or not?  then again,  most of their  houses are pretty cheap living down in the bayou swamps.    If good at it and good weather for 30 days,  I guess you can work 30 days per year and have the rest of the time off, not a bad gig.

I would not mind, with a rope/hook, fighting a gator a few times, good workout am sure.
