So we’ve had a bit of a wasp, yellow jacket, hornet issue at work last week so I came home for some bee spray, Raid wasp and bee killer I believe.

Since I took ours I asked “Google” to add “Raid wasp and bee killer, 2 cans” the shopping list.

This morning Barbara asks why we need killer toucans….. Grin

Have a nice day.

Funny.   Grin

I've had the yellow jackets at multiple locations myself lately.  For 30 years, it's only been a problem in spring.

The sons of bitches are moving in any time they feel like it.

I've used a lot of bug spray, but I am going back over their chosen territorries with a lot of Simple Green soap spray, and this stays around much longer than bug sprays.

BTW, 2 cans is never enough.  When you need that stuff, you really need it.  I came home from the walmart with 8 cans (after running dry) a couple days ago.  And 5 Simple Greens.

You got me.  coolsmiley

I really thought there was a plague of killer Toucans on the loose somewhere.

Maybe I have watched too many B grade horror movies.  Evil

Reminds me when my daughter in law took my grandsons back to school shopping. She picked up the paper, packs of pencils etc. Grandson says, "we can't have all those pencils at school."  Daughter in law says, "why not?" Then he replies, "says here on the list, No 2 pencils!"

Ground bees and those that have other living areas.  A shop vacuum with a couple lengths of the corrigated hose.  Put on a small nozzle and form a loop in the hose. Put the nozzle by the opening. Start the vacuum and go away or have a beer and watch.  The loop in the hose gives them a thrill ride. The shield inside gives them a sudden stop.  Now there is a couple of choices. I emptied the vac in the lake (I cleaned it first) and the bluegills looked like a swarm of phiranahs. Second choice is to let the vac suck in a hand full of flour. Bees breath thru their body.  uglystupid2 It is not advisable to use spray in the vac. Or , if you are gutsy , empty in a plastic garbage bag and send to former spouse.
