It's that time again and although Thursday's forecast temperatures are above freezing, as of Sunday there is a chance of rain.   Roll Eyes   Oh well, we've caged it before.

So, where do you want to go?  The last four have been diner in Wylie, Mexican in Ft Worth, Flyboy's BBQ in Melissa, and wings in Grapevine.  Or should I say the last four have been rain, cold, cold, and cold.

Suggestions?

I was thinking farther east, too.  I received one off-board suggestion for Gloria's Salva-Tex at Firewheel.  I like Gloria's, too.  Yays or Nays?

GodFire won't get in much of a ride, but that's just tuff! I am all for any of the Gloria's locations. Maybe we should do a different Gloria's every month until we get 'em all done? ~Jeff

What? Talk of a dinner on the civilized side of town again? I just might be able to make this one, even if I am caging it...

(I find the older I get, the more miles I get on the bike, the higher my tolerance to riding in nasty conditions... I just don't have anything to prove anymore I 'spose... Wink )

Just got back from Al's. All kinds of good stuff happening. Picked up a couple of cans of pancake spray and several other goodies including a free oil change from Ted and the service department, all to be given away tonight!

Eight of the Dallas Honda employees including Al are on a crusade to loose some weight and Ride For Kids is going to benefit! Kinda like sponsoring a runner by the mile, only you pay by the pound instead. My money is on Joe Gentle just because. Feel free to sponsor each of the ate (eight)! The kids are the big winners and the landscape at Al's will be looking better in the process.

Bring your old cycle mags for recycling to your riding buds and feel free to join in on the fight over my check! The rain has let up over this way, but I will likely be caging it? Hope to see you in a few! ~Jeff

It was great seeing everyone tonight I hope you all made it home okay.  Since my hip replacement, I was going stir crazy so I needed to get out of the house.

The food at Gloria's was great and I am stuffed.

I hope to be back on the Valk soon until then you all have a safe ride.

Thought about showing up, but the drive from France would have been a tad difficult, what with rush hour and all.

In the airport now, headed home.

It was great talking to everyone in the lobby for over an hour but we were probably eating at Pei Wei before you guys were done ordering.

Good, quiet, socializing with Doc, Joe, and Chris.

Mary says hi back'atcha to all of her well wishers.
