So last year I got a Eutopia driver's back rest for my 98 Tourer with OEM seat. I love it but now I've decided I want an Ultimate seat.
Will the Eutopia Back rest work with a set of Ultimate seats or do I need to order back rest from Ultimate as well?

Utopia backrest with an Ultimate King seat. I flipped the pad back so you can get a complete view. This is on my trike, a converted I/S.
