Pics of Rivco center stand grab rail on I/S

Just bought a Rivco center stand less the grab rails. Guy said he liked them and wanted to keep them. He had 2 one on each side. I only want the one on the left side. Don't know what they look like and would like a pic of it installed on a I/S so maybe I could make it myself. Or if anyone has one for sale I'm in the market.  Thanks HOZ

Below is how my grab rails are mounted.  (Ignore the dust)

On the Int it attaches to the top shock mount & the trunk bracket. Out far enough to get a grab on but not too far or the side bag lid won't come off. I don't see this being too hard to fab with a nice chrome bar you can bend, flatten the ends and drill.

I got the instructions with it and it says to drill a hole in the trunk bracket when installing on a I/S is that true? I would really rather not drill holes in the chrome bracket in case I ever wanted to take it off. Wonder if I could use a alternate attach point on the I/S. Look like it does not have very much room to grab onto it when located in that position. I too think it will not be too hard to make my own. They sold for $40.00 each when you could get them. Keep them pics coming need more info. and better close ups of I/S installations.

measure lots of times, then drill once.  Kinda like I did when I installed the chrome rack on the trunk, 4 holes and lots of measuring.

Be careful after you mount that centerstand that thing will " F " your world up in a left hander.

Drilling holes in the Chrome is probably the reason that you didn't get the grab rails...
I've also heard that people drag the Center Stand but I have touched my boots down many times and never hit the stand.

The boot will give the centerstand will not...Outstanding way to high-side when that thing grabs the pavement.

How are you coming along with the grab rail? I'll be driving my IS up from Vegas through WA to get it home to Vancouver BC. Buying the stand, but like you, no grab rail. Was also thinking of making my own, and wondering if you got it made yet?

Hoz... try hookin' up with Boatguy at a meeting/ride.  He's got the centerstand on his I/S ... I think he's got the rail on there too.
