In the news…… Samsung gonna build a $17 BILLION dollar micro chip factory in Taylor Tx area.   I go thru Taylor on the way yo my hunting lease.   Going thru it today.    Small town Tx.    Bet property values skyrocket in the area.   $17 BILLION…..if I heard it right. Hi

Good news for Texas, but being that close to Austin (It's basically a suburb of Austin at this point) I'm sure the property prices were already sky high.

...the fact that it's also 30 miles from the Tesla Giga Factory I'm sure isn't a coincidence either...

...or 20 miles from Dell's HQ...

Etc. etc. etc...

(I just hope they don't import too many more Californians, we've got enough already!)

My hunting lease is in Jarrell Tx about 30 minutes from Taylor.

My wife is from East Tx piney woods.   Grew up north of Jasper in a small town called Pineland.  I was raised in Houston…..had to be fate that brought us together.   She is a good lady….married 48 yrs

Sad part about it is a lot of "Silicon Valley" mindset will follow.
