Hello !

Wanted to share an idea that I recently implemented on my 97' Valk. Feel free to use.

Was finding it difficult to get a solo fender rack at a reasonable cost.

Here is how I went about keeping the cost to under $50

1. Get a solo fender rack that meets this spec. Length / Width & hook/openings with some wiggle room play.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08R8SW1FH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

With a coupon applied, its $35 bucks. Without a coupon, its $37 bucks.

2. Use anything you may already have in the garage (no cost) OR buy some basic hardware for under $3 bucks

3. Use an extra tool bag (no cost) or get one for about $10.

I completed this project for $35.

Here are some pics of how I went about it.

Enjoy !

thank you and ride safe !

Well played!  I've frequently thought about setting up for the solo look, but some of the Valk-specific components pull a hefty price tag. This looks like an inexpensive way to get there. Thanks for the links.  cooldude
