Morning all, I have  received 3 registration renewals for 1 bike in the last month. Each has an expiration date of 11/22. It should be 11/23. (It’s Nov. because it’s a year of manufacture plate). My insurance company is trying to figure it out with the RMV.
Yesterday I got my renewal for the Valk, and the expiration date is 12/22.
Just wondering if it’s system wide? Or am I just lucky?
Anybody else get the wrong date?

Thanks, Craig

All three of my bike registration renewals came in the mail yesterday. All three say expiration date 12/22. I was wondering the same thing. I figured I'd go online and try to do it when I have a chance and see what it says on the portal.

I got a registration renewal yesterday for the GW, which showed the expiration date of December 2022. I always renew online. I'll wait a bit before I do it, to see if I get another renewal from the RMV.  tickedoff

Same here, got a registration renewal for the Valk and GoldWing. Wierd because I already renewed both online when I did my trailer and already got the new registration and stickers. They both are good until Dec 2023.

I sent copies of both my renewals to insurance agent, he’s going to the RMV and will try to figure it out.
He thinks typo, but my new reg says it expires 12/22, and I wonder how that will go over if I’m stopped next year…..
Soon as I hear anything, I’ll post here.

Yeah, both my truck and trailer renewals expire in 2022. Huh?

Haven't received my bike apps yet.

Great job MA RMV. uglystupid2

Maybe their too busy tracking down out of state violators they missed in the past.

Good catch Craig cooldude

Insurance guy says the RMV said renew them and I’ll get the 2023 stickers and be all set.

Things can be pretty amusing when it comes to this stuff sometimes. This thread prompted me to hit the RMV website. As I looked over my license status and registered vehicles, I saw that my V Strom says the state inspection is overdue. When I went to get that one inspected back in the Spring, my usual place was out of stickers, so I stopped at a shop that is on my way home from work. Obviously a HD specialty type place, the guy came out, saw that my brake light worked, and said "good enough for me!". Put the sticker on my plate and off I went. I guess it never went into the computer. Perhaps they found a way to make a little more "off the books" money. Oh well, so far, no issues on my end.

Ken, if you renew online, that may prevent you from doing so.

I got three copies of the same renewal a couple of weeks ago. I had just received the new registrations the day before....I went on RMV website and it showed the current renewal for both bikes.

Just a glitch in the matrix.
