Saturday Feb. 6th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm...

We will be gathering in the Three Fires Room of the Hotel...for a social meet and greet...there will be a cash bar in the room ...also tables set up for items for sale...so if you have items you would like to sell feel free to bring them...

From 5:00 pm till 6:30 pm we will walk over to the Soaring Eagle Firefly Buffet (short walk just down the hall from room) They will have an area set a side for our group ...cost is $18.75 per person...this is a World Class Buffet...

We will meet back at the Three Fires Room from 6:30pm till 8:00 pm for our 2010 Michigan VRCC Riding Season Meeting...

Yeppers....Our Annual State Meeting...gives us all an opportunity to go out and drive (play) in the Winter Wonderland that is Michigan !!!!  For those of us that do make the trek, we can see all the folks that we haven't since the snowflakes started to fly !  It is a really great time and at a beautiful facility, can't wait to see everyone, and its only a week away !!!
