I've installed floorboards in the past.  I don't remember having to remove right side lower engine brake cover.  However, it seems to be blocking access to the peg mounting bolts.  Any thoughts?

Pretty sure I had to do the same for the floorboards that I have.The floorboards name escapes me,been many many moons.

If you want absolutely clear access to everything, removal is required.
