Sorry for your troubles man.

Metamucil every day (Walmart's Equate fiber is just as good) will make you regular.

Two big teaspoons in water, mixed real well, chugged right down.

I would avoid the orange flavor.

I call it my daily glass of sand.  Stuff works.

Just got pictures yesterday.  It seems that it is toast.  I was running it without the timing cover after HotGlue and i replaced the crank seal to make sure the leak was fixed.  Looking at the pictures,  one of the belts is broken,  most likely causing internal damage. I am sure the plastic damage will cause the insurance to total it.
