I am looking for an image or a video clip of something I remember from when I was a kid.  A cartoon character flexes his arm, and a large bicep pops up, then another slightly smaller one on top of that, then another on top of that one.  I think it might be Popeye, but am by no means certain.  Perhaps you remember this, or better still, you can point me at an image or video clip?  My google-fu was insufficient for this task.  TIA.

Now where those words came from or who the author was I dont know....but they sure seemed funny when I was a little kid ha.....

They made a movie about Popeye the Sailor man with Robin Williams playing the part.   Cute show but was not a big office box success.
