My kinda gal! She is a Texas gal at heart, but she is on Jerry's big deck (in North Carolina) in this shot.

I thought it was a little chilly when Jerry and I rode up the Blue Ridge Parkway to Mount Mitchell that Sunday in November. Located about 35 miles northeast of Ashville, in North Carolina's Black Mountains she is the highest peak in the US east of the Mississippi River, 6,684'. There was snow and ice on the parkway that day, but sure seemed warm compared to the winter we are having now!
