Yesterday I watched Whistling Diesel’s video on the cyber truck..
I try not to watch him because he will destroy all the cars he tests, including Ferraris, Ram truck with the Hellcat engine, etc  to me that’s not right. But he make a lot of money doing it. I didn’t mind him wreaking the cyber truck though.

Well if you want to know what laying in a box at the end is going to look like just get inside one of these.

They are some of the ugliest vehicles that I have seen. What I love is, it points out the people that are status oriented and easily influenced. I have seen many on the road and they are truly ugly.

Does anyone remember cars that had truly beautiful originality? Some you would get into and the smell of the car was something like leather and fit and finish were just like a fine piece of furniture.

Is the Cybertruck a serious work truck? Of course not (Although I've seen one here full of real work stuff, painter's tools/paint/scaffolding, etc).

Would I take one? HECK YES! I LOVE the audacity of it, the looks, the specs, everything about it.

Would I take it if it was to be my only 4 wheel'ed vehicle? Nope...

I'd love to take a ride around in a Cyber Trump!

Maybe it's a generational thing, but I love the looks of it, way more than regular pick up trucks, either classic or modern... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Now that is a true "truck" cooldude

You can put a driver and four workers with all the equipment needed to build just about anything.

And drag a equipment or camper trailer at the same time.

Try any of that with the Tesla.

Think you could put a snow plow on a cyber truck?

Thank You all . cooldude
We  snagged the  truck in '06 .. Ran all the  way to Edmond  OK  to pick it up.
     And  of  course  it's  a  4x4  ..
I do miss our  old   big green GMC also the  same  look  different year '91
No camper top..  It pulled  our 18' GN  trailers. Also 4x4.. Geared  just a  little  different .

My Neeper  rims  are  looking a  bit tired  . Oh well maybe some day I'll fix them

I watched a review of the cybertruck by Tucker Carlson and some Maine-iac good old boys.

It was somewhat enlightening and entertaining.

Search YouTube if you're interested.

What remains to be the issue with all EV's is exterior and interior temperature.

Staying comfortable in the interior uses a lot of energy.

Exterior cold (and  excessive hot temps, I believe) effect battery performance considerably.

I'd bet Tesla is doing mucho research on those issues, as they have somewhat addressed it in their battery ESS products.

I'll agree with your first statement, it's not a real work truck but, it probably satisfies the needs of many folks who have pickups.   I don't find the styling/looks of the Tesla truck appealing but, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.   I am curious as to how the body lines affect aerodynamic forces.

Truth be told, I don't really consider the Tesla to be a truck, it can haul or pull the loads a truck needs to be able to handle.
