The first decent day for riding in almost a week. I wanted to head up to Hollis-Amherst area in southern NH and did a Google Maps search on diners in the area. There are several. I decided to try the Market Place Diner in Hollis.
https://photos.app.goo.gl/dw3QANDYTPFA1BwC7It's a cozy little diner in a New England-style shopping plaza on the west bound side of route 130, just east of the route 122/130 intersection. It's a nice ride up north from Pepperell, MA on Hollis Street to route 122 in NH.
I ordered my go-to, an Irish Benedict with home fries. The portion was large. The corn beef hash was home made. It was good, but didn't it top the Blue Moon Diner in Gardner.

Parts of it follows a small river so it's twisty. And as typical in NH, the road is well maintained. If you're up that way, try it out. It's in Wall's riding area and I bet he's ridden it, too.
I exited 31 in MA onto 119 E in Ashby. This portion of 119 in Ashby is a fun ride as it twists through Willard Brook State Forest. I followed 119 into Townsend and found my way home from there.
