You add in Humidity because in less than 2 and a 1/2 days we've had a bit over 7 inches of rain and some more on the way!  Lips Sealed Some localized flooding in the low lying areas. Last night could NOT git past 5 mins or so on the t v program ans the "special weather announcement" wouls override the t v stuff including commercials!  2funny The morning weather guy said we'd had training rain storms and yet more training expected!  Undecided And BTW heat indexes today in the high 90s! RIDE SAFE.

Ya, big difference between low 90’s and high 90’s. I can ride in near 100 degrees but I don’t want to. Just isn’t enjoyable at all. If I have to go it will be the truck. And the AC will be on MAX

Today is not going to be record breaking but it is going to be the hottest day this year......according to my honey on Channel 11 Houston Chita Craft.  Going to be 103 temp with feels like 112-118 in the shade.

I went out yesterday eve about 5 pm to mow the grass with my zero turn mower and sweat was pouring off my face as fast as i could wipe it off with a towel...... gave up and went back inside.

I feel for you folks who are having 100 plus temps.

we on the other hand, are enjoying mid-high 70 degrees with plenty of sunshine, well today anyway.  AND the smoke has gone away.  Mid July-thru just a few days ago we had what is rated as Unhealthy air conditions with upper 90-100 degree temps.  Way too many fires around us.  But 4 days ago the temps dropped, even had some moisture, and the smoke went away.   Yes, went for a 160 mile ride.  Not fast just enjoyed being on two wheels.

Digger and I will be back with ya in November with our 70F rides.   Grin Cheesy  For now though, limited riding to work on days that I can leave by 3p before the peak of the temp rise.  Supposed to be only 98F today.  Yay!!
