Probably can't carry this one on the Bus like the Yike Bike but it looks cool.

Electric Drag Bike - 0 to 60 in Under 1 secondpowered by Aeva

I believe these guys will be as fast as the Nitro Bikes before long.

Don't really like Drag Bikes but this thing will run.

he was cleaning up at the track.  He said it was nice of the track to let him plug in between runs. Smiley

As a point of interest, I took my MSF class with, I believe, the driver's finance.  She is Swedish and was getting her engineering degree here in Denver.  She rode an electric sportbike that her father and her built.  Very cool.

I believe the problem with the electric vehicles is the re-charge. Go a 100 miles and wait 5 hours for the battery to re-charge isn't going to work. I read an article awhile back that if the auto manufactures could standarized the battery to 3 or 4 then a service station would swap out the battery and you would be back on the road in a little over the time it takes to gas up. The service station would then re-charge the battery and put in the next vehicle. The big questions  .... how much money is it going to cost and how many batteries need to be in inventory.

Still, I do like the idea of an elctric motorcycle for around town.
