The two biggest problems were...Taillight and CB Radio/Antenna.
Taillight...make sure you order the right cables. You will need cables 32102-MZ0-760 (which goes along the front portion of the rear fender and 32103-MZ0-000 for the rear portion of the rear fender. These are from a Tourer and should be less than $20 for those cables. Get the taillight for a Tourer (33701-MZ0-671 ) and get the light and gasket (80122-MZ0-000). These will set you back about $150. When you splice in the wires for the taillight into the IS wiring harness under the right side cover, leave the taillight plug in place and splice wires for the new taillight. That way, you can add the trunk back on and have both sets of taillights work.
CB Radio/Antenna...If your bike doesn't have a CB...most of this information won't matter to you. The CB is located under the trunk. I put big_d's under his seat in the battery box. I had to chop out the divider plate that was in there but once i got it done, the CB fit wonderfully. I had picked up a 4ft antenna extension cable (the banana plug ends) and a mirror mount CB brackets from a truck stop. I used the stock antennas with the new brackets and mounted them to big_d's saddlebag rails. If you don't have saddlebag rails, you can use a flat piece of metal like in one of the posts above. The radio lead is long enough to reach without the extension cable...the CB isn't. I routed the antenna leads along the saddlebag rails.
Andy, you are not that far from me...if you want to hook up to do the install here...let me know. It really only took us a day to do the work...granted it was a pretty full day...but if you come done Sat morning, you could leave Sunday afternoon and call it a good weekend...

Let me know.
